We need volunteers:

We are especially interested in licensed health care practitioners.  Physicians, dentists, nurses, dental hygienists, optometrists, chiropractors, physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, and any other medical field. We also are always looking for Spanish translators. But if you don't have one of the above skills, we can still use you.  We can always use good drivers, general medical and dental assistants, (no experience necessary), fix-it people to keep things in repair, and about any other job you can imagine.

We need pharmaceuticals:

We have a specific formulary of drugs that we have determined are best suited for our treatment needs. These drugs are expensive. We are on the look out for less expensive methods to obtain our needed drugs. Persons who have contacts with pharmaceutical supply facilities could help us get what we need. Our formulary is available to anyone who thinks he or she could help us. Of course, we do not take drugs within six months of expiration. And we only can take those items that are specific to our formulary.

We need to spread the word about the good works performed by CapeCARES:

We need publicity and exposure.  We need people to help with fund raising and advertising. There are organizations and foundations out there that are looking for worthy charitable groups.
